I feel like I have been drooling over a digital SLR since the dawn of time.  In reality, it has probably only been since I took photo in high school and just loved it.

Let me present to you the fabulous Nixon D5000, the latest addition to our circus!

This shiny was my birthday present!  Today we went to the National Zoo and I gave it a whirl just on auto.  I must say I absolutely love it!  It came with two lenses, so I'm feeling rather ambitious...and in the need for things to photography to get better at using it.
