We're fortunate enough to be first time homeowners. It constantly blows our minds that we own a house for as young as we are.
There are so many projects you never thought were even possible, or needed, when you lived in a small apartment. Something breaks or the dogs ruins something you, and only you, have to replace it.
We've learned how to use tools, hang drywall, chaulk, paint, landscape, and everything else under the sun. Our weekends are spent at the hardware store.
One day we'll be able to come home and say "ah, it's done," and when that happens it will be time to move. Oh goodness, what have we started.
